We are a recent blended family, and opened a business this year, so we needed help. She was able to work our return so that we got about $6,000 more this year than last. Plus she checked my three previous years' returns and realized that Turbo Tax did not give me the full child tax credit and I got an extra $2500 with amending those returns.
